Defect/ Incorrect item/s?
We apologize if there are any incorrect or defect items and aim to resolve it as soon as possible, but we need you to tell us as quickly as possible if the problem is found.
Please include the order number and the problem (including pictures) and send to us via

We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Terms and Conditions for Exchange / Returns
1. Defects items include big holes, missing parts and discoloration.
2. Wrong items/ size.
3. After you had successfully make payment for your order you are not able to change any item/s (colors/sizes) in your order.
Returns can be accepted within 7 days of receipt. Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.
We will only reimburse the normal postage for the items you sent back. For the default items, we will exchange for the same items if they are still in stock. If it is out of stock, another item will be allowed to exchange which is equal or higher value (top-up required).
Alternatively, credit note (valid for one month) will be issued to you, balance will not be refunded.
midorimy.com does not entertain any form of refunds.
If you are not satisfied with your item/s?
An exchange will be allowed if you returned the items to us in saleable condition (garment tag attached) within 7 days of receipt.
You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost (shipping cost). The returned items should be in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, accessories, swimwears, leggings, invisible bras & Sale/Promo items are not exchangeable. Any shoes returned must not be worn.
All returns must be made by postal service. Customer shall take full responsibility for the returns/exchange items.
We encourage you to use delivery service with tracking number with secure packing and sealed properly. Midorimy.com reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
Items mailed back to midorimy.com without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.
